I paid $70 for two tickets to the Claude Monet Exhibition in Denver. As soon as my Paypal transaction went throught my "seller" terminated my phone call and wouldn't respond to texts. The phone number couldn't be contacted - cut off the instant it dialled. I accidentally submitted an "unauthorized use of account" complaint with Paypal - they investigated - told me everything was normal and closed the case. Now I can't reopen it and dispute the transaction. WTF?

Why did you open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction? Was your account hacked and used by someone else to make that transaction?
If not then why did you not open a dispute for non receipt of item?
OR did you pay using the friends/family option?
And can you lose the swearing please.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
