I purchased a doormat from AZCOZY and it is a piece of crap.  I have not been able to contact them.  Do not buy from this company, the products are crap and they SCAM you.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

HOWEVER you may still have the option to do a charge back if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.
Also Paypal may contribute towards return costs IF you have activated the below link (if available in your country).

Yes they are crooks with promises and taking advantage of you by the beautiful pictures of rugs or bedding. They have pop ups on all main websites promoting their products. Made a promise of 7 day delivery by DHL. AZcozy, Printabel, and Kaylee and Tepid are some of the fraud names. My rugs no kidding looked like large table mats to be used on a dining room table. I have a dispute with PayPal since I paid with credit. Do Not Buy from these websites you will lose your money and if they send it’s not what you paid for. My purchase was $269.70. I want PayPal to do its job of protection and this is FRAUD.
