[APPEAL HELP] PayPal Dispute appeal needed.

Hello.
After having issues with this food company provider, in regards to the order not being described as advertised (wrong size, different toppings, etc), I contacted their head office to resolve my situation, I've been told to wait 5 days, that it's being 'followed-up' I've called in every 2 weeks and still no response. This order was placed in February and I'm still yet to have a response to my concern.
So I disputed the payment with PayPal, provided them all the information needed in regards to what happened.
PayPal then closed the case in favour of the seller, no reason was specified on the email at all. This is absolutely ridiculous, after having no way of contacting / getting support from the seller, then now I can't get my money back because PayPal has closed the case.
I'm trying to appeal this but there's no "Appeal" button under Actions in the Resolution Center.
It's absolutely ridiculous that you can be a buyer, but if it's not described, paypal couldn't give 2 tosses anyway.
Anyway round this?
