I have a Paypal account that i am not using years ago. Until suddenly someone is using my account. Paypal has to validate that I own the account, I have to upload my IDs and proof but there is no link that I can upload as such.
Is there any email that I can contact? I cannot call their phone , or where can I reupload my credentials. Please help. Thanks. I just want to claim my account.
