I added my back account when purchasing an item today (Aug,22) how and when will i know if this promotion will be applied?

No, you're right - there isn't any wording saying "off your next purchase."  The funds are placed into your balance so that you have the option of sending it back to your bank (a free service in the US) or using it on the next purchase - whatever works best for you!  Smiley Happy

I saw a credit? For -4.72 in my pay pal account . Now I don't see it. Was that my $5 ?? And where did it go? I don't recall anything saying where it went or did I authorize it to go to a purchase, or did I see it went to a purchase. Nor did I see it applied to my bank acct. Everything has a zero balance so I don't owe anyone.. hmmm any suggestions? TY in advance.Queenie2u2.

Thank you for your response, but I dont feel like all of these concerns are being addressed OR HEARD.

1. I feel scammed and tricked.

2. Your customer service is ILL INFORMED and UNFRIENDLY

3. WHEN WILL WE GET OUR MONIES?????

4. Where is an appropriate place to document this issue that (obviously) MANY people are dealing with? Is there some email address to the marketing team:????? HELP!!!!

nothing in the add said i would have to be 'selected' and i dont recall having to 'qualify'. how long do i have to wait for this credit? i assumed it would be quick, but now my shopping is pretty much done and i didn't get to use the credit. is this normal for promotions? it seems the ad was a little misleading.

Let me make sure I understand this. I get a message when checking out telling me I will get $10 added to my paypal account if I link my bank account with it. Now from what I'm reading people are being told they have to "qualify" or be "chosen" for this offer? Feeling a little nervous now. It almost sounds like a really questionable way to get access to people's bank accounts! There was NO mention of "maybe" It clearly said WILL!

To clarify, members who are selected to participate in this offer will receive both an email and receive a prompt during the checkout process.  We understand that in some instances, you may not receive the email (filters are such wonderful things, aren't they?), so the notification during the checkout process is a wonderful way for us to ensure you receive the message and the benefit of the promotion. 

 

So - if you only received notification during the checkout process - it's ok, you were selected to participate.  Smiley Happy
