Daily bank withdrawn missmatching

Hello,

I have found that my all sales on July 1st was $X , But I notice the amount which was drwan to bank on July 2nd was $x-40 ,

Do Paypal have any policy for a security or reserve money ?

It is being tough for me for feeding it in my Tally for GST in India.

Please Help regarding this "confusion" would be appriciated
