Yes! I ordered 2 bras from a company "Chestnut Five" and the charge came thru as a PayPal account Smileyhomey… very poor product and they told me they would not issue me a refund... I have sent a dispute to my credit card company.
Why is Paypal not resolving our disputes... I ordered my product 11/26/2019 and it's 1/2/2020 and have not received it.

Bought the hair turban thingy that is advertised on FV. Shows a long thick haired lady with average head wrap the turban towel around her head and poof in minutes dry! Well, I read the FB reviews and some were positive so I bought. What I got was a small thin towel that doesn’t fit on my head or around my hair. Doesn’t work as it is too small and cheap. Contacted them and they said we don’t do returns! Not happy, contacting my credit card company to dispute. Last time ai buy anything on FB
I ordered a pair of trainers via FB beginning of December and never received anything. Money was paid via PP. cannot seem to get in touch with company to ask. Very disappointed as was a Christmas present for my mum who is a nurse and shoes would have been perfect for her.
I also ordered from this company as saw some mascaras on Facebook that I wanted... paid the money... hey presto a week later a tracking number appears... that's it .. nothing since and mysteriously the item never moves when you track it... they are ripping people off Worldwide... I'm hoping PayPal see all these stories and do something about it as FB and PP scams are a bit hard to swallow ... I'm not usually gullible but thought as it was advertised on FB that it would be a legit company 😞 Hoping I get a refund as still waiting to upgrade to a Dispute as they are not responding to messages.. What a Shock !!
