Got an ad through a game on my phone for resin molds, but the website was ichigomochi.com but the paypal ID was smileyhomey.....I googled the name and can only find links to bad reviews, scams and fraud report websites. Definitely not legit yet paypal lets them use their service despite hundred of bad reviews and complaints online. Never again will I click on an ad lesson definitely learned. They said it shipped over a week ago yet the tracking number can't be found anywhere.....no replies to email either. Hoping paypal will refund me...
I ordered from a facebook ad too and never received a tracking number, then one was listed that was fake. There was no response to messages or emails and the web site didn't exist anymore. Billing from paypal was listed as 'She Swish Limited' there many complaints about both business names regarding fraud after I did some searching. Filed a dispute with paypal and was refunded after the seller never responded. The product I ordered was a resin mold kit with extra bottles of resin.
Same thing happened to me!! A FB ad my girlfriend sent me, was about shoes. Really comfy and good looking shoes. I ordered two pair; 1 for her and 1 for me. We both desperately need goid shoes & they were supposed to be here the 22nd. Still nothing. Im so upset because I usually don't get duped. Plus the overall reviews were SO good. Extremely disappointed in PP & FB.

I ordered socks from SmileyHomey and with shipment and tax I charged $32.93 to my credit card on January 22, 2020 and they took my money from my bank immediately. Within 10 minutes I changed my mind and requested for reimbursement. They refused instead they refund my account $2.69 on January 27, 2020 for a discount. Ever since I haven’t received my rest of my money which is $30.24 or the product. I want my money of $30.24. Can you please help me.
I'm happy to say PayPal refunded me after a lot of to-and-fro with SmileyHomey. I had received the items eventually and one bottle (mould cleaner) was extremely damaged and lost most of it's contents. SmileyHomey/CherryVolley wanted me to return it to them, from UK to China, within 9 days for a refund. After pointing out the logistical unprobability of that as well as the cost, PayPal could see where things are going wrong.
Yes, I have a problem with Smileyhomey. I ordered socks from them paid $32.93 never received the socks. I wrote them, they wrote me back saying coming from China but delayed because of Corona Virus. It have been waiting since January 22, 2020, never received the item and they told me they cannot make a reimbursement. Paypal says they don’t have any record of my payment. Now I lost $32.93, very bad company, they cheated on me.
