Hi, For the last two days I have problème sign in to my paypal and also there are some limitations on my account, like I can receive money but can't send or shop online. A friend of mine sent 50€ I want buy online but I can't. Please resolve my account. I sometimes use VPN or maybe that is cause I got restrictions. This message I just got it now. "We noticed some unusual activity We need your help securing your account to prevent unauthorized access. For your safety, there may be some limitations on your account until you take action." why do you speak english?
concerning your account, if it is restricted, you will not be able to carry out certain operations /
consult your paypal emails and the dispute manager /
restriction file opened by paypal /

vpn is not compatible with paypal.
this falsifies the IP address
