Blus tooth connection

I keep getting a message telling me "Can't connect too many devices connected to this blue tooth profile".

Please can someone help me to clear this problem.

We'd like to help. 

Can you please go to your phone/ipad & into your bluetooth settings. Try to 'forget' any device you are not using and also the PayPal Here reader, then try pairing the reader again.
