Previously the paypal here device worked very well, but ever since an update of the paypal IOS software it has been troublesome. Often I have to kill the app, re-open the app and connect again.
This is very embarrassing when you have customers waiting, and you have to fiddle with it. The reconnection doesn't always work, so I am often having to key in the sales transaction repeatedly, which puts uncertainty into the customers mind about what is happening.
Do you have any suggestions as to possible remedies?
