I cannot seem to be able to pay for my ebay items via my bank account direct debit, will only allow an echeck or creditcard

saying something about proyecting me and security, 3 times this has happened, 1st time allowed me to use dd on next day,

next had to use credit card for £2.99 payment and again tonight for a £103 purchase.

most annoying whats happening
