when I tried to add paypal as a payment method in Facebook I got this message " Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay. " I tried so much , I even upgraded my account from personal to business I tried to find it on preapproved payments setting to allow it or something but I couldn't find it any help ???
