pay after delivery again

Seems Pay after delivery is not working again? I hav ebeen using it for a good while, I know there were some problems a month or so ago but it has been working again since then. Now it isnt working again? Its not even being offered, even with sellers who I have used before with PAD.....

Anybody know whats happened?

I'm having the same issue too. Won't work with any number of eBay sellers I've tried, nor with Steam or any other website I have used it on in the past. eBay didn't give me any real answer, just that 'some sellers might not offer this option'...but they couldn't tell me if the people I was buying from offered it. I tried again with a couple I definitely HAD used the option for, and it was no good. I hope it's not going to be broken for long!

I'm sorry but Pay After Delivery is only available on certain transactions.

Even though you may have used Pay After Delivery when buying off a particular merchant in the past, our internal security system could be preventing Pay After Delivery from being used to fund particular payments. That could be why you are not seeing it as a funding source when trying to make a payment funded with Pay After Delivery.

Our security system is fully automated so we wouldn't be able to update a setting on your account in order to make Pay After Delivery available for a particular payment.

It seems strange though David that PAD worked almost every time with almost every seller. Now there isnt one that it works for. This cant be just a random security issue it must be a systems fault at PAYPAL's end. Or are they actually withdrawing the facility?
