I purchased Microsoft points from electronicfrist.com well from there cheapxboxlivecodes.com site . The sale is marked as complete by paypal but there customer service said they haven't received money yet and that this happens with paypal . What I want to know is there normally a delay ? My friend has used this site before and never had any problems
I hope it isn't a scam, any delays I've ever noticed using paypal were roughly 5 hours at times, which I might guess they may have quietly taken the payment server down for maintenance.
