Hi, my husband made a payment as a guest user on 27th Nov.... On the 27th Dec we emailed them to say he'd not recieved the item. They replied to say that they would refund it...I've had an email from paypal on the 28th to say it's been processed , but I can't see the refund anywhere...will it go straight to his bank account? Is there a number of days it can take for the refund to reach his account ? Thanks for the advice.
IF you funded the original payment via paypal to the seller with a card eg debit or credit then it will go back there but takes 5-7 working days to go back to your bank and a bit longer for a c.c.
