why does it take 4-7 days to activate account when any1 can send money transfer to email in an hr from their banking instiution on line service?
can i do this to spped up process and it would also confirm account varification too??????
ebay only allows 4 days for payment and neither ebay or paypal told me of this delay prior to bidding and accepting counter offer now im eligable???? I will fight this!!!!!!! if if need be open discussion forums on ebay and other internet outlets seeking individuales who have been fined for non payment or late payment fees class action!!!!!!
