Hello! So I decided to try using ebay for the first time, and opened a paypal account to do so. I transferred $20 from my bank to paypal. I purchased an item from eBay for about $18 shipping included. My item was from eBay cleared and item was shipped. But a couple days later I noticed there was $18 out of my bank account and the transaction said paypal! I did not transfer more money to payapl so why was there automatically more money sent? And my account balance at paypal still says $20, but the item was paid for and shipped. So does paypal automatically top up you account?? Any help would be great!! Thx!
