I purchased a book from a seller from India. The item was described as brand new, but when I received the book, it was damaged and in poor condition. So I contacted the seller and never heard from him. So I open a case a week after that. And still never heard from him. I escalated the case a week after the case was open and I got a full refund from eBay through paypal. But in the refund email, eBay doesn't say where to return it. I looked in the case and the case was closed and it said that I don't need to do anything. Should I contact eBay or the seller to ask about the return information. If I am to asked eBay, where do I ask for? And since the book was shipped internationally from India, I don't think the shipping cost is cheap. Should I ask for eBay or the seller for a shipping label because I don't think I am responsible for the shipping cost, do I?
