Why is it whenever I buy something from a particuler USA company, Paypal restrict/review my account?

I know exactly who they are and am happy with the service they provide.

I appreciate Paypal's efforts to protect my account, particularly as my account was hacked earlier this year.

However, the transactions with the company have been made by me and I would hope to deal with them in the future.

I have sold items to them as well but was not restricted/reviewed then.
What can I do to avoid going through rigmarole of resetting my details every time I buy something from this particular company?
I would appreciate adice on this matter.

Hey Sally-Anne,

Payments can go under review for a number of reasons but if your account had previously been limited and you are logging in from somewhere that you usually don’t then this could be a reason for the funds being placed on hold.

Should this happen in the future I would advise you to contact us directly using the ‘Contact Us’ link to discuss your account more in depth.
