Refund of a payment

I have just been told that a PC that I purchased on line 3 months ago and paid for via PayPay is a stolen item, can I get the payment refunded

You only have up to 45 days to file a dispute with paypal.

If you funded the paypal payment with a card then you can contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.

Thanks for help, it was only part funded by credit card
