I paid for some goods online but rather than selecting use my card as first choice I selected bank funds like a dogs knob. With doing this it says pending and the help on the matter says it shows pending until the funds are taken from the account shortly. It has now been 4 working days and the funds are in the account but nothing has happened, is there a maximum time this will take because I was hoping that the company would have the money and could dispatch tomorrow otherwise they will be too late... there is no option to cancel, otherwise id of cancelled and re-done the order to select the card option.
Hi if you pay using funds from your bank account AND have a back up funding source eg your credit card linked to paypal as well then the payments should be instant.
HOWEVER if you are paying a company payments often stay as pending until the company has completed your order and then they "claim" the payment when they despatch your order.
Best to contact the company and see when they can complete your order for you.
