Pending payment for my seller

I paid for item on the eBay auction on the 5/3/16. I have received goods but my seller keeps getting a pending message.It is showing that it has been taken from PayPal and my credit card so why hasn't my buyer been paid ?

He is probably a new seller and subject to the paypal new seller hold.

This has nothing to do with you, you have paid ....end of.

Thank you for your comments, he is not a new seller but I think between us we have sorted it out . Kind regards Tango 2
