Hi paypal, ivejust purchased something from ebay, paypal credit was offerd at checkout? when i wentto check my account and the payment missed the credit and gone to a 14 day option !!! im not happy with this twice this has happend will the it be able to be replaced withpaypal credit or not?
I ticked for paypal credit and the warning came up about the apr rate etc so WHY didnt it happen.
