I recently purchased a membership to a an internet club using paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal, for some unknown reason tagged my transaction for review and limited my account and hold my payment to the seller. Paypal then asked me to provide a Photo ID and proof of address so that my account can revert back to normal. I provide it immediately and my account is back to normal again. But unfortunately, my payment to the seller is still hold for review and is being held my Paypal. I demand that either Paypal clears my payment or return the money to me so I can pay the seller again.
