I have been able to purchase stuff for a while without any problems. However it seems i've been getting this message alot lately. Error:
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
I have contacted paypal services via email but still not got any response on this subject. Thank you for your time.
