Payment not claimed ????

My last two customers on eBay have told me that they have sent payment , but it is showing Unclaimed.they are saying that I need to claim it . I have never had to " claim" it before . This is very frustrating and I am running the risk of getting bad feed back Help .

There are a few situations when you might receive an email from PayPal letting you know that you have a payment to claim:

• The buyer has an unconfirmed shipping address.

• The buyer sends a payment to an email address that isn't linked to your PayPal account.

• You made a mistake entering your PayPal email address when you listed your item.

• You need to agree to accept a credit card payment
