Payment issue and contacting PayPal

Hi
I sent a message to paypal the other day through the contact us page ragrading an issue with a payment being held by paypal from a seller I purchased an item of from ebay.
Long story short my account was made limited whilst I made the transaction on the 10th of July for god knows what reason, I verified my account and have been able to make tansactions since then and the intial transaction was displayed as completed in my details section when I log in. However the Resolution Centre claims there is an open dispute still and the money is being held by paypal.
The seller contacted me through ebay to inform me that the money was still being held so we decided to both contact Paypal regarding the matter. After sending a message on the 20th of July all I have received is what looks ro be an automated response with frankly useless advice given the situation and upon sending a message about the advice received being of no use received in return the same responce.
Is the automated responce all I should expect to recieve or will their be a responce by a staff member at some point.

Hey there,
It sounds like your payment was placed on hold as our security system was unsure if it was a legitimate payment made by yourself.
I apologise for the automated response you received in relation to your email. Depending on what subject you select when emailing PayPal you may receive an automated response for easier queries i.e. Password Recovery. At the end of the email it will advise you on how to contact us back if your query has not been answered correctly.
If your payment has already been reversed you can use the 'Send Money' tab to pay the seller again.
