Payment cancelation

I can´t find the buttom *cancel* , when I will cancel a payment in the history. How can I do it? Thanks in advance.

You can't cancel completed payments but you can contact the seller and ask if they will refund you.

The only time there is a cancel option is when you have paid to an incorrect non existant email account that is not linked to a paypal account.
