I have made my monthly payment to my Paypal credit account which shows up on my statement but the system still shows that a payment is expected on February 3rd. I called up customer services and the agent told me that there is an error with the system and that the payment has been made by me correctly but I wil most likely get an overdue payment email as they are automatically generated (!!). I'm concerned that I will also get charged automatically for late payment when I paid on time and that my credit rating will be effected by a Paypal system error. I'd be grateful for any advice as this issue is slightly concerning as it is out of my control and also apparently out of PayPal 's control. Many thanks.
