I recently used PayPal credit.
I purchased an item for £350 on the 4th of Jun, and cleared the whole PayPal credit balance on the 25th of June.
Since then I have had a balance of zero.
Today I recieved an email I missed a minimum payment of £10.50 on the 21st July, which could not be the case! I have a balance of zero at that time! And it states I will have a late payment charge of £12 on my payment for next month.
This is unacceptable, how do I get this resolved, I also want to make sure this does not make any affect on my credit rating.
Additionally I will be reporting this to the FCA.
