You cant switch this off i did it but it makes no difference. I rang them and they told me you have to ring and they switch it off. Anyone that does not want it must ring customers services and tell them. What the point is of giving the option in your account i dont know as its useless. Ring them and tell them is the only way. Its freephone use the contact us item and get the number.
How daft, you always could use that option to turn it off so wonder why they have changed it now.
Could be that they want to make it as hard as possible for you to NOT use your bank account as they want to reduce the number of chargebacks via credit cards.
