Pay after delivery problems

I've used pay after delivery for as long as I can remember. I've used the same websites (including eBay) to buy from and never had a problem. Now all of a sudden I am not being given the option to pay after delivery. I've been onto PayPal and been told that not all merchants accept pay after delivery but even after explaining that I'm trying to buy from the same websites I've previously bought from they aren't able to give me an answer. I've checked my account and the PAD option is definitely turned on. 

 

What can I do?

Thank you for contactng the Paypal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

 

The Pay After Delivery option may have been disabled by the Merchant, the option to accept this payment method is up to the seller even if you have the option enabled on your account.
