Well basically i created my paypall account, and still new to it, but i tried to link my bank account the same day i re opened it, im not sure if the small deposits were made because it has been almost 5 days now and no change in my account, i tried to cancel it, and re do it, but nothing, any help?

I would contact customer service if you have not already - on the phone not email. I get results as quickly as 5 minutes on the phone with a Rep. The Customer Rep can help you by looking to see if any small charges have been posted to your account on their end or not. Sometimes they do not go through as they are supposed to. As I am sure you know they process thousands of them a day and one can slip through the cracks. Just ask them to make the situation right and see what they will do for you
These phone calls are usually very pleasant because they are trying to get you set up to make money for them from transaction fees. I think this motivates theme bit, just as it would for any other company.
