I brought some Itami from eBay I have the emails to say payment received but the money has not come out of my bank but the items I got have been sent to me can someone explain why the money has not come out of my bank
When you pay a seller it is never instant, paypal CREDIT the seller for you and then paypal take the wait for your funds to transfer from your funding source to paypal to reimburse them.
The funds can leave your funding source from 2 hours to 3 days later but your seller has already been paid by paypal.

Ok but it's been 4 days since the first one and today I got some bits but Friday I brought something and it came straight out but sat I got something else and it has not come out same as today that's why I don't understand why it has not come out as it did Friday when I paid for something
