My issue is that I can't pay via PayPal via the eBay app. When I try to log in it does not let me.
This has always been an issue since I set up the mobile authentication, and I can't seem to get it to work. I have the authentication where when you log in you get the text "Your PayPal security code is 123456. This code expires in 5 minutes."
I only get this text when I log in to the website.
I'll reproduce the issue via the eBay app;
Item > Buy it now > Select quantity > Review > Checkout > Place Order > Contacting Paypal...
I'm now on the log in screen.
I type my email and password and click Log In.
It shows "Please add the number of your security key to the end of the password to login" "Your session has timed out, please log in again."
But how can I add my security key without a text?
I set up a mobile pin and tried to log in via the 'Phone' tab, but that shows 'Your mobile number and PIN don't match".
Can someone help?
