I purchased a item but used guest PayPal

I payed for the item I won on the 2nd of January and it said it should be with me within 4th or the 5th and yet I still haven't received anything so I went to open a case and they said e at cant do anything because i used guest? I've just created a PayPal account what can I do to receive my money back I've contacted the seller and he's just ignoring me

You want to open a dispute after 2 days???

I give sellers at least 2 weeks before I even think about opening a dispute.

Even more so if it has been a holiday season and the post office is probably playing catch up.

You can still open a dispute but as a guest buyer you need to contact customer services and they will do it for you, go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > call us option.

But as you have up to 45 days to open a dispute please give your seller a bit longer.
