I still have not received my purchse from Ebay. I have been in touch with seller but they say that USPS has lost it and they have filed a claim with them. I am really **bleep** and it has been longer than 45 days. I cannot file a claim with Paypal....or can I? If I ask to be credited by the seller are they obligated to do so at this point?
