Error making payment from bandcamp.com

Hello,

I've been trying to buy an album from the bandcamp website but every time I get the following error message:

Oops! We experienced a problem processing your PayPal payment.

An unknown error occurred. (code 10001:3)

I have never encountered any problem except this time. I've contacted bandcamp and they told me to verify here as it appears to be a paypal problem.

Any idea what could be causing this  error?
