How do I fix this error (title) ?!? I am trying to send 30 USD as a goods and services however when I try to send it this error message pops up I have called PayPal three times and they have told me to change the currency from AUD to USD first and try sending a lower amount to the recipient but these solutions did not work 😞 Help please !!!!
