I have set up my PayPal account with my banking information. It says it's confirmed and verified (I went through the withdrawal sequence) and all is good. When I try to log into my paypal to purchase something on ebay, I get an error saying my credit card has not been verified and to contact paypal. This also happened on a different website when I tried to make a purchase with my paypal. When I log in on paypal.com, everything is set up and ready though. Any ideas as to why I cannot make purchases?
