How annoying is this, yesterday afternoon I purchased a pair of scissors I received  2 new message from PayPal advising me of the purchase and so on.  The e-mail was sent to my cazz-666@hotmail address, now I am being told there is no such email registered with PayPal, I have tried  entering my details  First Pet, First School, and a Code, what more can I do???I want to keep my present e-mail address, I don't want to have it changed again.

Cheers Jessie...

Hi jessie66,

I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your email address. It does sound a bit strange that it wouldn't recognise your email address. I would recommend that when trying to log in to your account that you delete the email address and re-type it. I would also advise to clear your cookies and cache on the device you are using.

If this continues please feel free to reach out to us on twitter @AskPayPal or on any of our PayPal Facebook pages so we can assist you further.

Thanks for posting

Paula
