Can some1 explain to me about negative balance

I recently bought an item at 12.99 and went into negative balance of 12.99. I cleared the negative balance of 12.99 and am back to zero. Does this mean the item was paid for and I was in negative balance with paypal r do I have to go and pay the 12.99 to order the DVD again

The item should be paid for.  You should not have to order again.  Do you have any record of the transaction in your account history.

paypal paid the 12.99 for you then they didnt get the money from your bank which is what put you in a negative balance in the first place. so the seller has been paid, you've covered the negative balance so everything is now good. u dont have to do anything else
