I don't have a bank acct or a credit card. Instead, my mom had me sign up for PayPal because she says it's safe. She also put some money into my Paypal acct and it's there.
I don't want to buy from ebay. My mom said I could use the little amount she gave me so it will help me get started in a game I play on Facebook, but when I try to buy my credits, it wants either a credit card or bank acct number.
Why can't the money just come out that is there to buy the credits I need?
If I can't then PayPal is no good for me.
Please help me understand.
