I should have 2.29 left on my paypal from a prepaid mastercard. It was a $25 card, and I spent 7.80 on a phone case, and 14.91 on another via ebay. So I did the math, I should have 2.29 right? Everytime I try to buy a third case for 1.99 an error comes up as "We were not able to process your payment" Is there a hidden charge I paid for that it's not telling me? What's going on?!
