Hey, recently, more like two days ago. I bought VIP powers at a Forum however, in the next three hours the Forum was unaccessable. When I click it, it directs me to "namecheap.com" ... O_O
File a Dispute/Claim. Go to the Resolution Centre online or call PayPal to fix this.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
