Hello everyone, i have got to make a payment to a seller on wednesday using £57 out of my paypal balance and £120 out of my bank account, when i try and link my bank account and card it says that its been refused by my card issuer, however, i have contacted the bank and they said there is nothing wrong on there end and that there is no restrictions on my bank account, anything i can do? i have emailed PayPal but worried they wont reply by Wednesday.
Any feedback/help will be amazing!

Welcome to the PayPal community forum.
If you are getting this error it would be that when we are authorising the card to be added to your PayPal account your bank is declining the authorisation. This can be for a number of reasons, such as the name on your PayPal account is slightly different than the name on your card, or if you have changed address and have not yet updated it on your PayPal account.
I would recommend that you contact your bank again and ask to speak to the online authorisation team to clarify why your card is being declined.
