I am respectfully requesting step by step instructions on changing or creating the one-time payment option to the pay at later date option when creating and subsequently printing a shipping label through my eBay account specifically using USPS as my carrier. I have been told this is accomplished by a change within my billing agreement between eBay, PayPal, and myself. I have attempted multiple times with no avail, and currently frustration os setting in. Please advise accordingly, trusting that any help or advice will be greatly appreciated by myself and those closest to me. Thanx
