I've been selling on ebay for awhile but I came across a Canadian buyer for the first time. The address said Kentucky and had a reference number. I never shipped to Canada before and thought maybe he was sending it somewhere in the US because it says Kentucky. I didn't include the reference number. Will the package still arrive to the buyer if there's no reference number and the label was printed because of Kentucky as domestic priority?
