Add tracking info option isn't showing up on invoices

The option to add tracking info to my paid invoices simply isn't showing up anymore. I click on the invoice, and View invoice details, but where it should take me to another page with the option to Add tracking info it sends me to an overview of the invoice info without any further options. I can't even read the notes I wrote for myself on each invoice.
My products are digital art commissions so tracking codes aren't required, but I want to mark them as processed as I finish and send them to the clients. Anyone having the same issue?
